For any queries please call between 9am and 6pm. This will enable the efficiency of the appointments line so calls can be dealt with more quickly.
Non urgent requests submitted via eConsult will receive a response by the end of the next working day or sooner.
Between 6pm and 6:30 pm you can contact the reception at Chadwick practice and the staff there will be able to assist you. If you call the practice between 6 and 6:30pm please call 01642 057024 and your call be answered by the hub at the Chadwick practice.
