Bankhouse Surgery are now providing appointments with our mental health nurse practitioner Victoria. Her role is to offer support to people with mental health issues (ages 18 or over) to access the right care, at the right time by the right service. She can offer a range of interventions including:
- Mental Wellbeing advice
- Stabilisation work
- Medication management & review
- Guided self help
- Signposting to appropriate services
Appointments can be arranged via the surgery.
